BrazilThe hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, special thanks to Lucy, who made our stay extra nice. The beds were very comfy, fluffy towels. We loved the freshly made to order warm breakfast options and the croissants were absolutely amazing. Nice pub/ restaurant where we ate a couple of times. Free parking opportunities (until 9am) in next door parking lot. Great location in the center with good infrastructure and restaurants close by in walking distance. Family attraction Warwick castle also in walking distance (8 min walking).

Amazing, so much to do.
Amazing, so much to do. Children loved the Zog shows,playground and Meet and Greet. The great Jousting show on a very hot day, well done horses and actors.
All included in the admission. Need another visit.

Fabulous for all the family.
Fabulous for all the family. The shows are spectacular, all the staff are helpful and friendly, the castle itself is of huge historical interest. Food and drink is of course expensive, so safe yourself some money and time queuing, take a picnic.

Excellent value for money. Great location 1min off motorway for an overnight travel stop and looked close to Warwick castle. Tricia on reception was super friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Parking for £5 in front of hotel. McDonald’s drive through right beside for those that want that.

The hotels surrounding, the views, were beautiful!! loved the decor to. We had an excellent weekend stay has a family of four, really liked how good the hotel catered for both adults & children. Friendly staff, excellent service!! Plenty of choice on the breakfast buffet for families. We visited Warwick Castle, it was the best castle I’ve been to so far, plenty of things to do around the grounds, the castle its self is beautiful.

A very warm, welcoming family-run hotel. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast. We bought dinner in the nearby supermarket, and they allowed us to use their cutlery to eat it at a table in the garden. Another guest turned up with a take-away pizza, and the hotel gave them plates to eat on. We spent the morning at Warwick Castle, and the hotel allowed us to leave our car in their car park until we had finished our visit to the castle.
They treat their guests like guests, not like anonymous clients.

We were made to feel very welcome by the receptionist, and the hotel interior was very well presented, creating a relaxed and comfortable environment. Our room was nicely furnished and had a very nice shower.
The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk to Warwick Castle where we were attending a medieval banquet.

It was not the first and surely not the last time we stayed in this hotel. My kids love the playground at McDonalds next door and then a nice rest. Its close to Warwick Castle and also dogs welcome.

The newly refurbished hotel has been re-done to a very high standard. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and in keeping with the age of the building but with a modern twist. We stayed for one night only visiting the Christmas Light Trail at Warwick Castle. We had an amazing Sunday lunch at the hotel before going to the castle, which is only a few minutes walk away. We have visited this hotel a number of times before but this visit was by far the best since the renovations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Family run hotel with an amazing little restaurant downstairs, as well as a cosy bar. Everyone so keen to make sure we were happy during our 3 day stay. Fantastic location for walking to Warwick Castle and Mill Gardens.

When I booked was advised the hotel was 14 minutes walking distance from Warwick Castle. It wasn't. No buses nearby. Had to get a taxi every time I wanted to go somewhere or get back at £15 a time very expensive and disappointing

The owner is really good at communicating. He answered any questions I had straight the way. The apartment is in a gated estate, so it's really secure. It's a 10 minute walk into the centre, and you pass 4 pubs on the way :-). It also has a full-sized Sainsbury's a 5 minute walk away, which was handy for supplies. The apartment is in close proximity to the centre, pubs, shopping and Warwick Castle.
