This wonderful 3 bedroom home comes with large gardens and parking for 2 cars making your family and friends’ visit to the fabulous East Yorkshire coast one to remember. Just 15-20 minutes walk from the beaches, town centre and Headlands for the best scenery and all the local amenities including gym, takeaways, shops and restaurants within very brief walking distances. Recently renovated and modernised you’ll benefit from new amenities and appliances with a fresh look to set up your day and cosy surroundings with creature comforts to wind down or enjoy days when the weather the gets the best of the UK. Make the most of our board games when you’re not out and about There’s an outdoor patio area with Firepit, BBQ and furniture to keep everyone happy and everything convivial through most of the year barring the harsh months. Bridlington is a seaside town with beaches reaching from the famous Flamborough cliffs complete with lighthouse, down through to Fraisthorpe with only the harbour and seafront rides and attractions splitting it from the South Beach. There’s plenty of food outlets lining the beaches, seafront and harbour with speedboats and sailing ships for family fun. The Bridlington Spa has some world famous acts on throughout the year so be sure to check their calendar. The immediate neighbourhood has a main road in from Scarborough and is lined with restaurants, take-always, shops, grocers and butchers, launderettes and many more amenities. The house is a very short walk from the historic old town, famously used as the set of the Hollywood hit ‘Dad’s Army’ just a few years ago. At the bottom of the High Street on Old Town is the Priory Church and Bayle Gate museum with excellent food and drink at the Bull & Sun pub. Flamborough and Bempton are famous for their enormous white cliffs as featured on BBC nature programs, particularly the seals and puffins, and more recently the northern hemisphere’s only Albatross. This is an RSPB site (Bempton Cliffs) and Flamborough has 2 ‘landings’ which are recommended entries to the small, secluded beaches found there with picturesque scenery. Sewerby Hall and grounds contains a zoo and walled gardens with a short pitch and put course and is linked to the harbour front by a land train if for some reason you wouldn’t want to take in the breathtaking sea views from the cliffs or walk the beaches. Bridlington is surrounded by quaintly villages and countryside drives as well as being within an hours drive from York, Whitby, Pickering, Scarborough, Filey and Hull for those staying longer and wishing to see the wider area.
