Welcome to our beautiful apartment, perfect for a group of 7 guests! Our property offers all the essential amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, hot water kettle, and toaster. You'll also have access to a washer, hair dryer, and cleaning products to keep your stay hassle-free. The apartment has 3 cozy bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and bed linens. With three single beds in one room and two king-size beds that can be converted into two single beds in the other two rooms, you'll have plenty of options for sleeping arrangements. The third single bed can also be easily hidden under the other bed if not needed. There's also plenty of clothing storage space, hangers, and a drying rack for your convenience. Our 1.5 bathrooms are complete with hot water, body soap, shampoo, shower gel, and a bathtub. The living room has a TV and a dedicated workspace, making it the perfect place to relax or work from home. The dining table is perfect for a meal with your group. The apartment has heating and portable fans to keep you comfortable, and there's also wi-fi, an ethernet connection, and a TV for entertainment. For your safety, the apartment is equipped with a carbon monoxide alarm and smoke alarm, and we also provide a first aid kit. Also, On-street parking is available, but please note that there is restricted resident parking from Monday to Friday for only two hours a day, from 10 AM to midday. However, we are happy to arrange parking vouchers for our guests so they can park freely during their stay. To set this, we will need the car registration number beforehand, which we can book digitally (no actual paper vouchers are required).
