Company information

Hello, thanks for checking me out. I moved from London to West Sussex in August 2016 so are still relatively new to the area. I enjoy the open spaces and chose to live in the peace and quiet of rural West Sussex on the edge of the South Downs national park with plenty of space to breathe and enjoy the clear night skies. I also love the good life and are delighted to see local producers and companies offering top quality coffee, cheese and wines on our doorstep. I love getting to meet new people and Holiday letting has been great for this. Access to the property is via a lockbox. But I live within Chichester and am contactable 24/7 or can be on site if needed.

Property information

This listed building has recently been restored and is only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Chichester with its plethora of shops, bars and restaurants, Chichester Festival Theatre, the Cathedral and the University. The house benefits from a separate dining room, lounge with log burner and SMART TV, spacious galley kitchen and 2 large double bedrooms each with a king size bed. There is a lovely rear garden patio which is enclosed and very safe if you have pets.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located on a busy street, central to Chichester. The neighbours are lovely and we are only looking for guests who will be respectful of our neighbours. The house is close to the centre of Chichester. From the main train station, it is around 20 minutes walk. Parking is permit only Monday to Saturday 9-5. Outside these hours and on Sundays, you can park on a single yellow line near the property. On arrival, you will have a two hour permit supplied giving you fancy a time to unload your car. Further parking can be attained via any of the public car parks nearby.
