Located in a charming conservation street just off Chiswick High Road, this spacious Victorian townhouse has recently been completely refurbished to a high standard. The gorgeous original features have been preserved while upgrading the house with modern decor, stylish furnishings and 21st century technology. We can’t wait to welcome you into this beautiful home! Spread over 3 floors and an expansive 158 sq metres, there is plenty of space for families and groups to gather, especially in the large living room, extended kitchen/dining area and terraced garden seating area.
The house is end-terrace nestled in a quiet and relaxed cul-de-sac. Walk 30 seconds to the end of the road and you are on the famous Chiswick High Road - A hub of activity dotted with leafy green spaces, laidback pubs (The Roebuck is our favourite!), fancy high-street chains, quirky antique shops, and countless independent cafés. It’s a convenient 6 minute walk to Stamford Brook station (District line) and 10 minute walk to Turnham Green (District/Piccadilly lines). Central London is 30 minutes away by tube and Heathrow airport is 30 minutes by car/taxi.
