Beautiful setting and facilities. Great breakfast in the mansion house. Excellent value for money

Ideal location, spacious room as a solo traveller and perfect aircon working through the hot summer. Bed was huge and comfy, views weren’t anything special. Enjoyed the tea corner and really appreciated the receptionist lady for giving my own personal ironing facilities!

The hotel is in a great location, the staff is great and very helpfull. The rooms were a good size,the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice,the shower was great. Overall a great place to stay.

Centrally located, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, great swimming pool and sauna. Gym is okay, could do with updating of the equipment a bit, but nothing wrong with that. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel. We checked in late and checked out early the next day so we didn't have time to see the common areas much but the rooms are nice and clean.

Her attitude is a great example of the service the hotel delivers. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment. Its location - directly opposite Reading Station and conveniently close to coach services to and from Heathrow - made it an excellent choice for my business trip. Over the last couple of months I have had several excellent stays at Malmaison Reading and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality service, comfort, and a genuinely welcoming experience.

Beautiful location - music and BBQ on rolling lawns down to the river. Great food. Lovely staff who gave out a free wash kit when everything had been left at the previous hotel.

Friendly staff Free coffee Clean cozy room Large size bathroom Close to restaurants, shops, malls, train station There was no parking available when we got there but they gave us a voucher for a public parking nearby (just a 2 min walk away) and we paid the same amount as if we would have parked at the hotel (8£ per day)

My room was spacious as well as stylish with tasteful art works. The bathroom was absolutely fabulous - particularly enjoyed a soak in the luxurious bath.

Lovely comfortable room With quirky touches. Location was perfect - just a few minutes walk from shops and the train station, as well as bus stop for buses to the University and to Heathrow.

Everything, friendly helpful staff. Beautiful breakfast good size portions. Also had dinner in the hotel, very tasty. Good value for money.
