The hotel is in a great location, the staff is great and very helpfull. The rooms were a good size,the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice,the shower was great. Overall a great place to stay.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Dinner with breakfast option was a good deal.

Centrally located, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, great swimming pool and sauna. Gym is okay, could do with updating of the equipment a bit, but nothing wrong with that. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel. We checked in late and checked out early the next day so we didn't have time to see the common areas much but the rooms are nice and clean.

Beautiful location - music and BBQ on rolling lawns down to the river. Great food. Lovely staff who gave out a free wash kit when everything had been left at the previous hotel.

I have stay there before, and I gave them a 10 star, and I can say that it's still that great. The place is just that great, specially considering the price and the location.

Personnel was abolutely friendly, the room was spacy and clean. Everything you need. Food and drinks are available, since a restaurant is attached. Also that, very satisfying. Plenty of parking available.

My room was spacious as well as stylish with tasteful art works. The bathroom was absolutely fabulous - particularly enjoyed a soak in the luxurious bath.

The location was great. I love the full kitchen with a washing machine. Everything just fit!

Central location, had everything you need and comfy beds! The place is spacious and very clean too. Would come again and stay here when in Reading. Worth mentioning about the excellent service from your staff Giulia; she is wonderful and truly a gem. She made my stay a breeze. I was a little bit anxious on the parking but she clarified on it and got it settled. Thank you Giulia!
