Come and stay in our trendy studio apartment in a beautiful old mill, which used to be owned by Rowntree to mill their cocoa beans. A brand new kitchen with fridge, hob and microwave oven along with all the basics essential you will need. PARKING in York is like gold dust! Unfortunately, we don't have a guaranteed parking space available but we are lucky enough to have a pay and display car park on site and 150 meters walk away from the Shambles Q Park. When you book with us we will give you full instructions. And once you arrive and park, you are so central to everything, there is no need to use your car again. The ‘ChocoLets’ apartments are all based in the old Rowntree’s chocolate warehouse. Now known as Nestle. Originally one of the largest flour mills in Europe in 1860. The building was situated between the river Foss and Wormald’s cut, The mill closed in 1930 and in 1935 it became the Rowntree and Co’s Navigation Warehouse and now has been extensively renovated into luxury apartments.

Sat on the quiet river Foss the apartment is so central it doesn't have a designated parking space but there is plenty of local parking near by. York is famous for its independent shops, cafes and restaurants and we are lucky enough to be situated just around the corner from the most up and coming road - 'Fossgate' where you will find the above in abundance.
