Additionally, a snug single room and a conveniently located double sofa bed on the ground floor ensure a variety of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Immerse yourself in the spacious rooms with their high ceilings, creating an atmosphere of warmth and relaxation. The well-appointed kitchen beckons culinary exploration, while the bathroom, complete with a shower, bath, sink, and toilet, provides modern amenities for your convenience. At the end of the day, unwind in the comfort of the lounge with its two sofas, fireplace and large flat screen TV, with access to popular digital apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime and BBC I-Player. Or why not relax and pick up a book from our selection, or play one of the board games available. As this is a quiet neighbourhood, we request that you do not hold parties or play loud music, so that the neighbours are not disturbed. In situations where parties are held, or if there is evidence of irresponsible behaviour, you and your guests will be asked to vacate the property as soon as possible, with no refund. Golf enthusiasts can indulge their passion at one of the several golf courses scattered throughout the area. For rugby enthusiasts, St Helens is a haven of sporting excitement and rich history. Home to the iconic St Helens Rugby Football Club, a pilgrimage to the Totally Wicked Stadium is a must. Immerse yourself in the electric atmosphere of a live rugby match, where the passionate cheers of the crowd echo through the stadium, creating an unforgettable experience.
