Company info

I have 30 plus years in the service industry in banking, retail and healthcare and I look to apply the same personal engagement with my guests in my property business to give 'a home from home' feel. I live nearby so am on hand to welcome guests after arrival and to sort out any issues that might arise during your stay. Afternoon tea can be provided (pre-booked on request) in my garden summer house. While the property is newly built (completed in early 2022), the property name (Copperview) gives a nod to the history of the grounds.

A newly built modern two bed ground floor apartment set in landscaped gardens located in a peaceful elevated location away from main roads, but only a 20 min stroll (1 mile) to all the amenities of Newcastle. Outside area (west facing) attracting late afternoon and evening sun. Fully fitted modern kitchen in large combined kitchen/lounge area (30sqm) to relax and enjoy your stay. Fully fitted new bathroom including separate shower.

This property is a modern newly built apartment set in landscaped gardens with views of the Murlough Bay. There is a wide variety of outdoor pursuits ranging from mountain hiking, canoeing, cycling, swimming, and golfing to name only a few. A stroll along the promenade overlooking the Mourne Mountains is a must when visiting Newcastle, or explore nature in Tollymore Forest Park.
