Entire house. You can check yourself into this cosy 3 bed countryside townhouse. Located in a quiet village you can access the M1 and A1 (11 miles) via the A57. In the front room there is a log fire and chess board that await your attention. The kitchen facilities boast: table, electric cooker, microwave, kettle, food steamer, dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer. Enclosed rear yard with artificial grass and full of pot plants to relax in. There is a shared bathroom, with shower over bath, on the first floor; the top floor has its own bathroom with a roll-top bath. Both double bedrooms have an office desk and chair to work from. In the village there is: Post Office, Fully stocked Select and Save shop, Café, Fish and Chip Shop, Amazing privately owned pub with Fishing ponds, Sports and social Club, Lots to do and lots of countryside to explore!
Welcome to our family home. We have lived here for 12 years and loved it. The neighbours and community are great so please be respectful. We live and work locally and will only be on site if specifically requested to do so. Please feel free to enjoy the walks on your doorstep.
The house is located in between the Chesterfield Canal and River Ryton (200meters). Surrounded by beautiful countryside for walking. On National cycle route 6. East Midlands Railway (250meters) accessing Sheffield (30mins) and Lincoln (55ims). Next stop is Worksop, change here to Doncaster or Retford; Kings Cross in 1 hour 40 minutes. Worksop has an Odeon cinema, amazing restaurants and pubs with all the local high street shops and banks you would expect. Attractions: Creswell Crags, Harley Gallery, Clumber Park, Gullivers Kingdom, Eastmidlands and Doncaster Sheffield all within 30 minutes drive.
