This large, stylish, clean and bright four bed property is ideal for Contractors, Professionals and as a base for exploring Birmingham, Coventry and the Midlands. It features a fully equipped modern new kitchen, ready to prepare and cook your favourite meals during your stay. Also in the kitchen is a washing machine if needed.  The lounge and dining area is the perfect space for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or working in the area. There is a Smart TV together with high speed complimentary Wi-Fi to enjoy watching your favourite films and shows on Netflix. There is one King Size bed which can be changed into two singles. There are a further two bedrooms which have two single beds in which can be converted into King Size beds. The fourth bedroom contains a single bed. There are two bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. The downstairs bathroom has a shower cubicle and the upstairs has a shower over bath for when you want to relax. To the front there is private parking for two cars and to the rear there is a private garden to unwind and enjoy the sun shine.The property has four bedrooms. Supermarket, shops, pubs and restaurants nearby and in walking distance.
