This delightful caravan is a dream-come-true. Located in a quiet area of the park, this home is equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing time away. In a great position near to Abergele and just a short stroll away from the beach, a stay in this cozy caravan is sure to be one of the most memorable vacations you'll experience. It has the added advantage of being convenient for Local amenities, Knightley's fun fair and the famous Tir Prince with its fun factory, car-boot sales, markets and race tracks. We are members of the Holiday Home Association, the National Association of Caravan Owners and on Trustpilot too. Sorry but no pets or single gender parties allowed under any circumstances!!! This is site policy. Linen is provided per guest, (Bed sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases, 2 towels each (1 hand and 1 bath), 2 tea towels, bathroom mat) and beds will be made up in time for your arrival. Bookings made after the 15th of August 2023 now includes a barrier pass for 1 car in with the Damage Deposit. Site Policy dictates that up to 2 cars will be allowed on site but any additional cars will be asked to park either outside the reception or on Jakes carpark. If you are arriving after 5 pm, your pass and welcome pack will be available from Jakes family bar and restaurant. There is a spacious lounge with a TV and DVD/ Blu-Ray player and a large selection of DVDs for all ages and a Play Station 3 with a variety of games to play for those lazy or wet days in. There is also a remote-controlled cd player/radio and Wi-Fi is free. A Welcome Pack will be set out for your arrival so you can relax with a brew before you unload and unpack. There is a dining area with attached fully equipped kitchen with loads of extras inc a Tassimo machine but please bring your own pods. Each bedroom has wardrobe space & all rooms have a small radiator. We have supplied an iron, ironing board, clothes airer, Hair Dryer, Hair Straighteners & a vacuum cleaner for your convenience.

Hi, this is us, nice to make your acquaintance. If you want to know anything, just ask, we don't bite, (often...lol). We are just 2 ordinary hard working people so we are quite approachable. No problem is to small or silly, if its important to you, then its important to us. If you need anything extra at the caravan, say so, we will try our best within reason, after all, nothing ventured, nothing gained.
