We didn't realise it was a continental breakfast only, so a little surprised given the price of £12.50 each. Also surprised no option of evening dining given the fact the hotel is situated a car ride away from eateries.

Conwy Castle
This magnificent castle dominates the landscape around it. With eight chunky towers straight out of a knight’s tale, it’s a stunning sight to behold as you emerge from the walking route round the coast from Llandudno. If you’ve still got the legs, wander round the battlements to get the full picture of this mediaeval gem.

Conwy Castle is very interesting, great fun clambering over the battlements and taking in the views of the surrounding area.
Wear proper shoes because a lot of the staircases are windy and uneven, not a day for flip flops.

Only take 60-90 minutes to see it all but it's so worth it! There are very informative signs to explain the different parts of the castle which is in amazing condition considering it was built in the thirteenth century!

Seniors and military/veterans can get a discount on the admission. There's a steep walk up to the castle and a lot of narrow spiral stairs if you want to go up into the towers. To me it was worth the effort, but my boyfriend avoided some of them. Helpful signage gives the castle's history and explains how each area was used over the centuries.

Fantastic location and the hut was fully equipped with necessary devices for a short stay - it was was very convenient for getting to interesting locations eg Conwy Castle- the host was also great to deal with
The staff was very kind and friendly. The location is very good for sight seeing - very close to Conwy castle and its famous suspension bridge. The room was quiet and comfortable. The pizza restaurant which the hotel is running on the ground floor was excellent and we even bought a takeaway the next day to eat dinner on the train home.
We really adored the individual retro style of the hotel. Our room was cosy but also had plenty of space, including our own little sitting room. The furnishings, artworks and collectables, all so carefully chosen by our hosts, make this a truly original and fun place to stay. The bed was very comfy, and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. The hotel is really close to city walls and Conwy Castle, so views from our room were lovely. Plenty of good pubs nearby too.
Lovely house, with everything you need and extra details thought of (even a fresh loaf of bread and a cake in the fridge!). Clear arrival instructions were given.
Ideal location close to Conwy Castle and town with free parking close by and loads of recommendations left by the host.
We will definitely be back!
Hotel was overlooking the harbour, our room had a wonderful view and we could see Conwy castle. Room was well decorated and comfy. Had a fridge and tea/coffee essentials. Lots to see and do in the local area. Spa was great. All staff friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in an excellent position for touring the north Wales coastline. We had an excellent large room with sea views and views of Conwy Castle. Evening meals were good overall but could have done with more options on the menu. There was a birthday card waiting in the room for my wife which was a nice gesture.
Historic hotel with character - our room was renovated and very spacious. The location is great - a 5 minute walk from Conwy Castle. The breakfasts were excellent. The service was also outstanding - in particular, Joe gave us detailed information about where to go and what to do. He does a great job!
