We require the following for anyone who books to provide before check-in:

**Two-Bedroom Apartment with Water View**

➞ £250 holding security deposit required before your stay which will be fully refundable after inspection on check-out. Refund takes a few business days.

**Deluxe Queen Suite**

➞ £150 holding security deposit required before your stay which will be fully refundable after inspection on check-out. Refund takes a few business days.

* Access code to the property will be released when all of the above have been completed.

Early check-in, late check-in, late check-out and early bag drops are possible for a fee but must be agreed upon prior; otherwise, Check-out must be prompt, charges apply, £15 for every extra hour.

CHECK IN: 4PM - 6PM

CHECK OUT: 10AM

- The replacement cost for lost keys is £250

- Strictly no parties allowed within the apartment or building itself

- Strictly no smoking or pets.

- No facilities for babies available

- Children from ages 12 onwards are welcome

Please inform Waterview apartments with ultra fast wifi close to Excel and O2, corporates and contractors welcome in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 20:00:00 and 09:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
