Home from home. Stacey and Phil are lovely people and very welcoming. House is spotless despite being a farm. Enjoyed meeting the rare breeds and new litters of pigs. Lots of info from Stacey. We will be back when we can buy some veg too!

Located in the Waveney Valley on the border of Suffolk and Norfolk. We are tucked away on our 10 acre smallholding. We are situated only 20 miles from Norwich and also 20 miles from the coast and destinations like Southwold and Aldeburgh. The accommodation consists of a large double room with en-suite bathroom. Breakfast items will be available for you in the dining area in the morning to enjoy with views of the beautiful garden. Your room is clean, spacious and comfortable with an en-suite bathroom with power shower. You are welcome to use the gardens and land to wander around as you please and also have use of our decking area outside. The lounge is also yours to use if you wish at any time during your stay (a small warning that our 2 Jack Russells love this area in the evenings!) If you are interested in animals we are more than happy to give you a tour of our livestock, including Pigs, Sheep, Chickens, our 2 Goats, and the duck and goose run. Dependant on the time of year we also have very cute baby animals. Please ask for more info when you book!
