Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture and hot tub, and a private driveway for seven cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. The High Peak Bike Route begins south of the town, while the National Tramway Museum at Crich is only a short drive away. The market town of Bakewell and Chatsworth House and Park lie to the north and shouldn't be missed!
