28.05.13 - Please note there will be renovation work for 6-8 weeks at the cottage next door. There will be scaffolding outside, but the cottage cannot be seen. The work is from 8am unrtil 4.30/5pm and the owner has asked that any noisey work done is after 9am. For any inconvenience caused, the owner is leaving some wine. The property is located on a working farm. Children must be supervised on site due to possible safety hazards. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times. Enjoying its own garden, the cottage sits on the owners’ 200 acre arable farm, an idyllic spot threaded with many footpaths. Boat trips are easily available and the nearby coastline is famed for crystal clear waters, shipwrecks and diverse marine life – a paradise for divers. Picturesque St Abbs, with its harbour and nature reserve, the golden sands of Coldingham Bay and historic Berwick-upon-Tweed are under 10 miles.
