This modern house is very spacious and located only a few minutes walk from Chichester city centre and nearby Goodwood Events. The house is situated in a residential area & has free on-street parking. The house is modern, open plan and spacious. Downstairs is a large and sociable space which is an open plan layout. The kitchen is bright and modern. Large patio doors look out to the enclosed garden. Opposite the kitchen is a dining area which has a table and chairs. In this space is also a sofa bed however please note that there are no blinds/curtains so natural light will come in if sleeping here. Following through from the kitchen and dining area is the lounge with a TV and large windows doors overlooking the front of the house. There are two large, cosy sofas surrounding a log burning stove and TV. The enclosed garden is has a patio area with garden furniture. Upstairs are three bedrooms including a small double and a king size bedroom. At the back of the house is a single bedroom. On this floor there is a modern family bathroom with a bath and shower attachment, sink and toilet. There is also a convenient downstairs toilet downstairs by the front door. Guests have use of the entire house. A travel cot and high chair can be supplied, subject to availability, if requested in advance. IMPORTANT: If you are booking for arrival today please note we do not accept same day bookings after 6pm.

The house is ideally situated only a 5 min walk from Chichester train and bus station. The town centre with it's many shops, restaurants, museums and cafes is just beyond the bus and train station. The Cathedral city includes the acclaimed Chichester Festival Theatre, modern art, and lots of history. If you are looking for a place to stay whilst attending a Goodwood event - the house is only a 12 min drive from Goodwood Festival of Speed, Revival, members meeting and horse racing. Chichester boasts many beautiful parks, some of which with play equipment for children. Oaklands Park, Priory Park and Bishops Palace Gardens are all a short walk away and offer stunning views of this historic city. The city walls walk which encircle the perimeter of Chichester and the cathedral are great if you like to soak up the history of the city. Chichester canal is a 5 minute walk away and from here you can either walk, bike or take a boat trip through to Chichester Marina. Pallant Gallery is also a lovely place to visit and is located only a short walk away from the house! Chichester's City Gate is an area near the train station which has restaurants, a cinema, trampolining and also bowling. The house is close to the train and main bus station in Chichester, from here you can explore further afield.
