Lovely little set up with all the basics you need. After having our original holiday cancelled due to a double booking, we stumbled upon this property and what a great job we did! It made what started off as a terrible Easter break, turn into a lovely weekend with the family. A nice rural location that was also close by to many towns, including Blackpool with was great for the attractions for our daughter.

The maisonette is located off a main road. At the back of the main house. Once parked you find yourself in a semi rural setting. There is gated access to the propertys one bedroom apartment. Beyond its private enclosed garden there is a meadow with trees and shrubs in abundance. Large pond enclosed with fencing. Across the road 250 yds is Koi pool garden centre with Woodys coffee house. The market town of Poulton le Fylde with its pubs and restaurants is 1.6mls. Blackpool seaside resort with all its attractions 4.7mls. Thornton -Cleveleys with for shopping 3.3 mls. Lytham is 7.4 mls Lytham hall is great place for dog walking. Just a few minutes from the property you can enjoy a scroll along the River Wyre with your furry friend. The Wedding Barn and Singleton lodge are approximately 0.5 miles from the property. Within walking distance if you are physically fit with suitable foot wear.
