Brockley is bordered by Lewisham, Blackheath, Greenwich, New Cross and Deptford, with the River Thames only a mile and a half away to the north of the property. There are many parks and green spaces within walking distance, including Hilly Fields at the end of the road with tennis courts, children's play areas and 360-degree views. Also walkable is the expansive Blackheath, which leads to Greenwich Royal Park, which has spectacular views over London. Lewisham benefits from good transport links connecting to central London and other parts of the city. The nearest train stations are St. Johns and Brockley, but Lewisham Station is only 15 mins walk away, with mainline trains to central London and the DLR linking directly to the London Docklands. There are also good bus services for local and regional travel. Lewisham offers cultural and community activities, including events, festivals, and community projects. There is a popular local ‘Farmers Market’ every Saturday on Tressillian Road and busy street markets in Deptford and Lewisham.
