Property information

This 2 bedroom maisonette is on the top two floors of a victorian home, perfect for those wanting to be right in the middle of everything. Located just behind the Barbican and overlooking Hoe park, and with it's own parking space less than 2 minutes walk away, it could not be more convenient. Accessed through a shared hallway, the entrance to Harbour Heights leads straight to a staircase, up to the next floor. Immediately on your right you will find a large kitchen. Given the central location of Harbour Heights, you are spoiled for choice when it comes to eating out. But if you want to cater for yourselves, then you will find the kitchen well equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave and even a dishwasher. The next room on this floor the large lounge/diner, with smart TV and a table big enough for 4 people to sit at. There's also an armchair if you prefer to sit and watch the world go by. Another staircase takes you up to the top floor of the building where you'll find the main kingsize bedroom, and second twin room. There are two large clothes rails and there is space under all beds to store luggage. The bathroom is also on this floor, which has a mixer shower over the bath. We don't claim that Harbour Heights is perfect (in fact things occasionally roll off the dining table the floor is so wonky!) but we do think it's a special space that hopefully you'll enjoy. Other things to note *acceptance of our terms and conditions will be required, plus a copy of ID from the lead guest. * the parking space is a two minute walk from the property *a damage deposit in the form of a 'hold' on a card is required. The hold will be released once the property has been inspected.

Neighbourhood information

The property is tucked away in a street just behind the bustling Barbican harbour area of the city, so some noise is to be expected at times. The Barbican, Hoe (seafront), city centre and Royal William Yard are all within walking distance, as are numerous ferry's and water taxis that can take you further afield.
