United KingdomThe house was beautiful and the Winter room was amazing we especially liked the four poster bed it was so comfortable. The location was ideal just a 5 minute walk to the centre, so was great as we were here for the Gothic weekend.

Please note that there are several flights of stone steps to access the house from the street and 2 flights of stairs to access the rooms from the hall. Also, the walk to and from town is via a steep slope. Highgate House may therefore not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
