Please be aware that the property can sleep up to 7 individuals. There are 2 double bedrooms, one single bed and one double sofa bed. We provide bedding, linen and towels for both of the double beds and single bed however if you wish to make use of the additional sofa bed you will need to bring your own bedding. Home from home, when you enter through the front door you find the open plan living room and dining room with dual aspect French doors leading to the rear garden with a patio, the garden is perfect for enjoying a cold drink whilst basking in the summer sun reminiscing on the days earlier activities exploring the historic town of Oxford. The modern, recently refurbished kitchen is located to the right of the dining area looking over the South facing garden. Also on the ground floor you will find the downstairs WC, located in the hallway. On the first floor there is the master bedroom, a second double room and finally a single bedroom. In the lounge you will also find a king size sofa bed. There is also the main bathroom located upstairs. The house in total sleeps up to 7 individuals.
