A recently extended and attractive 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi detached house in West Kirby, 1.5 miles from Royal Liverpool Golf Course. Nestling in an elevated spot at the top of the road in a quiet residential area, there is a large south facing garden with 2 patios to maximise the evening sun and the extended kitchen/diner has 2 ovens to cater for bigger groups. Sitting room entertainment includes Sky Sports, Netflix and Amazon Prime. West Kirby is a 12 minute walk from the property for a great selection of bars, restaurants, independent shops and the beach. Ground floor Kitchen/diner/sitting room with all modern appliances including 2 electric ovens, gas hob, grill, microwave, dishwasher, extendable table and chairs for 8, corner sofa, TV and patio doors leading onto the rear garden Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer Lounge with sofa, matching chair, occasional chair and gas fire Showerroom with basin and WC First floor 4 large bedrooms with king-size and double beds Bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin and WC Outside South facing private rear garden, garden furniture, 2 patios, BBQ Parking for 3 cars Smoke and pet free
