Hollis House is a newly renovated 4 bedroom house, Sleeping 8 guests comfortably. Nestled in a quiet residential area located less than 5 miles from York City Centre. This outstanding property has been renovated to an high standard throughout, with the highest quality fixtures and fittings and modern furnishings and décor. York City Centre is roughly a 10-15 minute drive away traffic dependant, however there is also a bus stop just a few minutes’ walk down the road that takes you directly in the centre, making access easy if you do not drive. The kitchen has contemporary décor and fully equipped with all the cutlery and crockery you could need to make a home cooked meal. All the electrical appliances such as Dishwasher, Full fridge/freezer and a washing machine are provided for your use. Heading into the open plan living and dining space, you will see a door leading to a ground floor shower room and WC for our convenience. There is a large dining table to comfortably seat 8 guests, perfect to enjoy one of Yorks delicious take outs or a home cooked meal! 3 Comfortable sofas look onto a large flat screen, Smart Tv, ideal for relaxing and watching your favourite Netflix programmes! The living space opens onto the cosy garden through the patio doors. The garden is equipped with cosy lighting, artificial grass and rattan table and chairs, alongside a swinging egg chair to enjoy when the sun is out! Back into the house, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor. One of which provides a sumptuous Super king size bed. The other offers a standard double bed. Making you way up the staircase, you will be greeted firstly with a spacious family bathroom, offering a bath and separate luxury walk in shower. There are a further two bedrooms upstairs, one of which offers a King size bed and the other consists of 2 single beds, Each of the upstairs bedrooms have Smart Tv’s.
