Having spent busy careers working abroad in Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe there is always something new to talk about or something exciting cooking on the range. Property information

Innis House is a converted farm house set in acres of landscaped and wild gardens. Situated in the village of Insch, Innis House shares both a rural and town location with shops, restaurants, trains and other amenities within walking distance, while retaining the rural charm of a country farm house. The large house offers space and privacy with a choice of 5 rooms ranging from singles, to twins and doubles/superking. Free high speed wi-fi, a large shared guest lounge, farm-house style enormous kitchen, private off road parking are some of the welcoming points. All rooms have large size flat screen HD televisions with Fee to view or Amazon firesticks supplied for each room. The large guest room has the full Sky package for those who feel like meeting other guests or stretching out. Innis House provides an economical longer term business rental service as well as short stay visits. Please contact us for special weekly and monthly rates, or group bookings. During warmer weather guests can enjoy the garden facilities including river walks and bbq facilities. All crockery, linen and utilities are included to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Insch is a small town, or large village, located on the main Aberdeen to Inverness rail line. Aberdeen and Aberdeen airport is 30Km by road and 30 mins by train. Insch is also the gateway to the Whisky route, Castle route, Coastal trail and golf course. In the village itself there are several small corner shops, a pharmacy and a few take-away restaurants. For tourism there is a wide selection of hiking trails, bicycle routes and country footpaths around the village.
