Wonderful hosts, very keen on local wildlife and very inspiring. Beautiful surrounding area, with very pleasant walks. Accommodation was very comfortable. Although we were B&B we had use of the guest kitchen and also a lounge. Excellent.

Invercassley Cottage offers a B & B suite in an annex adjacent to , but separate from, the owners property. It is set in a beautiful rural location with stunning views and a garden full of birds and wildlife. The suite can only be booked by couple or a family or friends group and they will have sole use of all the facilities. This include: private entrance. small kitchen/diner, two en- suite double bedrooms, family bathroom and lounge area. There is an outdoor courtyard and table and chairs in a section of the main garden for guests private use. Full breakfast service is provided in your dining area every day . Picnic lunches can also be ordered. We provide pre-booked frozen home cooked meals to be left in the guest freezer to eat during your stay ( fee aplies). We also offer early morning and evening wildlife trips out and whole day tours of the local area to enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife to be found there. We are passionate about the area and its wildlife, and love to share our knowledge with our guests. We can assure you of a great welcome, good food , a beautiful location and a B&B suite where we hope that you will feel at home.
Having worked all our career with wildlife, specializing in raptors, we are passionate and knowledgable on all things flora and fauna in the Highlands. We can provide info on good wildlife watching sites as well as taking you out on wildlife watching trips. Tracey is also a great cook so you can be assured of home baked cake on arrival, a filling breakfast and a few tasty treats in your room. We try, where we can, to to use home or locally sourced produce as well as home baked treats.
We are in the perfect touring location, as a 40 minute drive can take you to the East and West coasts and the central Highlands. No need to constantly change B & B's and unpack suitcases, use the cottage as a based and tour the whole of the Highlands on daily car tours. We are situated in a beautiful rural location with stunning views and surrounded by a wealth of birds and wildlife. As 10 minute walk will take you to the spectacular Cassley Falls, and there are numerous Forestry Commission walks and Core paths in the area. We are close to many Munro's for all you baggers out there, and our quiet roads are perfect for cycling. We have a great pub only a 10 minute walk away for evening meals and a wide range of other great eating establishments within a short drive. We also have a tearooms located a 5 minute walk away offering a wide selection of light lunches , home made cakes and a choice of specialty teas /coffee and other hot & cold drinks. They even delivery takeaways on a Friday & Saturday evening.
