Company information

Tresooth Cottages were purchased in October 2021 by a group of 4 friends with plenty of experience in the hospitality industry. The cottage complex consists of fifteen one to four bedroom properties in private grounds. We have invested in excellent facilities, with the addition of two communal hot tubs, a sauna and heated pool, a games room, playing field and woodland area for our guests to enjoy. Each cottage has been fully renovated with new fixtures, furnishing and fittings. Ten of our cottages now have wood-burning stoves, and five have their own private hot tub and enclosed courtyard. We have added super-fast fibre broadband internet to the complex & every cottage, and have an electric vehicle charing point (with 2 more due to come online soon). Most of our properties are pet friendly, with access to many walking routes, coastal footpath and a nearby lake. We are looking forward to welcoming you.

Named after the Cornish word for love, Kerensa is a three bedroom stone cottage sleeping six. This two storey cottage has two double bedrooms, one twin room and three bathrooms.

Located just outside the pretty village of Mawnan Smith, Kerensa is a short ten minute drive from the bustling harbour town of Falmouth. With some of the UK’s best beaches, water sports galore and a thriving restaurant scene, the Falmouth area is one of the UK’s most sought after holiday destinations. The Cottages themselves are situated four miles outside of Falmouth on the road towards the famous Helford River, and close to the stunning Trebah Garden. With excellent cycle routes, dog walks and beautiful rambling paths on the doorstep, the cottages offer guests both convenience and tranquillity; the perfect spot to enjoy this stunning corner of Cornwall.
