Elliot is a credit to the business and added an extra layer of professionalism and value to my stay. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels with my work over the years and he was genuinely the best Concierge I have met. The energy and charisma he portrays made me think it was his business. 10/10

I have NEVER stayed at the location that Booking.Com has stated. Strange how the one in Howarth that we paid for but didn't stay there as it was filthy, freezing cold ❄ and NOT as described. This is what has NOW d is apparently disappeared from my account. Booking.Com removed money from my account after being told that I was not able to stay in the accommodation. I told them not to charge me for this reason, I had to stay in another hotel. They still owe me £250.00+
