A little about Host Apartments… we are a young and vibrant team managing properties on behalf of the owner to give our guests a great experience during their trip to Liverpool. Whilst taking good care of guests this means that our clients can relax in knowing their property is being looked after by an expert team in hospitality. Managing over 130 holiday rentals in the city centre we have our own housekeeping team keeping apartments immaculate.

Property information

This lovely apartment offers tonnes of natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows running along one side of the property, a private terrace with cityscape views and a fantastic location! Based in a quiet residential building, this cosy & modern apartment is ideal for couples, business travellers or small family groups. The central location of the apartment makes it ideal for both leisure and business - everywhere in the city centre is within walking distance! Roughly a 5-minute walk to Liverpool ONE! Kindly note the building does not have a lift, and the apartment is located on the top floor. This does mean a few flights of stairs, but it's worth it! Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
