Newly renovated, this beautiful flat is an attic conversion on the 2nd floor. The sloping roofs give unique character and charm to this space! This 1-bed has a sofa bed in living room. It's a 4-minute walk to Penny Lane. It's also just a 10 minute walk to Lark Lane, a vibrant street lined with bars and restaurants. Sefton Park is also nearby. Visit the many attractions in Liverpool City Centre or simply work or relax in comfort from the flat and make use of the super fast fibre Wi-Fi. Sleeps 3.
