The house is a large 4 double bedroomed property, detached with garden and parking for up to 6 cars. The house is situated in a village with easy access to both Bath and Bristol and attractions such as Longleat Safari Park, Cheddar Gorge, Glastonbury, Wells and Wookey Hole/Caves. (All within a 30 minute drive). Open countryside is a 2 minute walk away with wildlife, fields and pathways. The house has a fully functioning kitchen with everything you need to cook up a feast, dining room to seat 8 people, living room with TV and satellite channels, wifi and real flame fire for those chilly evenings. The conservatory looks out into the garden, and the garden has plenty of seating for everyone. You can bring a pet with prior approval and there is an additional cost per night for each dog (maximum of 2). PLEASE NOTE - The property is ideal for families and not suitable for parties or groups. If you can share the group profile when booking and the reason for the visit, it would be very helpful. All beds are made up, there are towels in the main bathroom with walk in shower and bath. The en-suite bathroom attached to the large kingsize bed has a walk in shower and double wash basins. You also have use of a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and plenty of space for clothes in the bedrooms.

Paulton is a delightful village with the house being a 2 minute walk to open countryside. You can treat yourself to a meal at the local Italian restaurant (10 minute walk) or a pint at one of the local pubs in the small village centre. A small supermarket, newspaper shop and takeaways are all there. If you want to travel a bit further by car, this property is ideal for many local attractions or the World Heritage City of Bath with its Roman Baths is 8 miles away, Bristol Airport is 13 miles and Bristol City Centre is 14 miles.
