Thank you for having us in your fabulous establishment! The room was very comfortable and spotless, with plenty of space and fabulous patio doors. The view is to die for! The outside decking area is a fantastic touch to just sit there and enjoy that amazing view. We had no issue with breakfast and found everything was as expected based on the booking.com listing we booked through. We found the lodge very easily and also had very clear instructions via text for check-in which is much appreciated!

The location was beautiful, a short walk to the pebble beach, and beautiful view of the mountain. The restaurant next door has amazing food, expensive but worth the trip. The lodge is clean and has all basic requirements. We had the lake view with a balcony room, which was amazing. The management did leave some porridge pots and alpine bars for breakfast which was very nice of them.

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous location. It was a surprise trip for my partner and we arrived after dark, so he had no idea about the views from the balcony. Needless to say he was absolutely stunned when he pulled back the curtains the following morning! Incredibly comfortable bed and lovely fresh bed linen. Really easy check in / check out, just collected the keys from a lock box outside the property. There's a drying rack just inside the main door which is great for drying out wet kit if you've spent a day on the hills. Had a really tasty dinner in the restaurant next door which was incredibly cosy and also had stunning views.

The location and Loch view could not have been better. It’s so disappointing therefore that the owners did not feel that it was necessary to “meet & greet” their customers. We had no contact other than by text/message which we found unacceptable for such a wonderful place. There was no proper breakfast option other than a DIY tub of porridge or a breakfast bar and when we asked about the options for breakfast we were told (by a short text) that we were on a “no meal” booking which was news to us.

The view was incredible -- we booked last minute (so might have gotten a particularly good deal), so we didn't have a ton of options when booking. when we pulled up and saw the view we were blown away. Dinner at the hotel next door was great, and there was plenty of space to spread out. Check in and out were super easy and flexible.
