The bedrooms are served by a ground-floor bathroom, and the interior of the cottage is complete with a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is an enclosed garden with outdoor seating. Roadside parking is available for guests. Livet Cottage is a stunning abode from which to enjoy a family holiday to the Cairngorms National Park. Note: Christmas bookings for 2024 must begin on the 21st December and the 28th December.

Aviemore and Nethy Bridge sit just a pleasant drive away, whilst Ballater and Dufftown are well-worth a visit.
