  • Afternoon, My Father and Mother are looking to hire this property from 27th of March to the 10th of April. The first week is to isolate for an operation at a local hospital. Reviews mention staff. Would they have the property to themselves or do others live there also?
    You book an entire house so of course all the facilities are private: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, garden, toilet in the first floor and bathroom on the second floor

  • Hello, I'm looking for a place to stay in Birmingham for just over 2 months and came across your listing. I wonder if there will be regular cleaning service (e.g. every month or two weeks) or are we expected to be responsible for in-house cleaning throughout our stay? Thanks a lot.
    Usually we clean only before the check in but if you need more cleaning we can arrange with our cleaners for £50 each time

  • Hello, I need to find somewhere to stay and your house is lovely. There are only 2 of us with 2 small dogs. Is there any way to reduce the rate, we would only need one bedroom but we can only afford half of what it is on for. Apologies
    How long is the stay? Anyway 50% discount is too much. We have good discounts for long stays if you check

  • Hi, for 2 bathroom are full bathroom, right? I am looking for houses for 5 persons over 3 months staying so 2 full bathroom is needed.
    That's a very good question since Booking.com does not allow us to explain this. So the answer is unfortunately not, one of the bathrooms has no shower, only toilet and sink as you can see in the pictures. The main one is full

I am a chemist and I used to be a teacher in Birmingham but I don't live there any more so I offer my house in the city center. You can contact me any time for advise about Birmingham, UK, etc and I would be pleased to help you since I used to host people with travellers websites and I travel this way too, and I love the idea of helping each other since I always learn things from my guests and from my hosts. When I am in Birmingham or my friends who live 10 mins away from the property are available any time for urgent things but they are more flexible after 6pm for coming to the property if the issue is not urgent. Oficially the check-in is after 5pm but if the property was not booked the night before we can offer early check-in free of charge. We speak English, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese and Arabic and we have friends who can help us with Russian, Polish, Chinese, German, Catalan, Georgian, etc. Now we collaborate with a family company called Holiday Home Apartments managing more properties in Birmingham so don't hesitate to ask if you need more properties.

The house has been renovated in 2018, new laminate floor in all rooms, new paint in some rooms and new furniture. The biggest bedroom comes with a king size bed + single bed and very big desk with office chair, chest of drawers and big wardrobe, another bedroom comes with standard double bed, very big desk, office chair, chest of drawers and big wardrobe, single room comes with desk as well and very big wardrobe with drawers. Very big living room with brand new IKEA double sofa bed, bar and big extendable dinning table. Garden with BBQ, table and chairs, 2 bathrooms (One of them with shower and bath) and fully equiped kitchen with table and chairs as well. Free unlimted WiFi.
