We are a traditional Blackpool B&B. Catering for families only with 3 rooms We do NOT accept ANY 'Adult-only' bookings, ANY 1 or 2 adults MUST be accompanied by 1 or 2 children aged 0-16. We DO NOT have a bar as we want to be a quiet, safe place for you to relax after you have been out and about in the busy seaside town of Blackpool. We are truly a 'Family Run' B&B. Being a family with school-going children we are not always near the phone, so message/email us with any questions you may have.We are located in the Centre of Blackpool, just off Central Drive and near Central Pier. The Tower, Dungeon, Sea Life, Madame Tussauds and Pleasure Beach are all within easy reach. We are opposite the church at the Central Drive-end of Palatine Road, in a quiet location but with everything such as attractions, take-aways, shops, restaurants and even dry-cleaners on our door-step. Stanley Park and Blackpool Zoo are also nearby. Please remember though, that above anything: the Meland is our HOME. The girls are growing up here, and when our guests go home we still live here.It's unique and an 'original Blackpool guesthouse': a home that welcomes guests to Blackpool, not a 'hotel', not a 'business':our home. Free on street parking for disabled badges holders....
