Our modern and extremely spacious apartment is located in Crosby, a welcoming and friendly suburb of Liverpool City Centre, which is only 7 miles away. This location is perfect for guests and visitors who want to experience a more relaxing and peaceful base away from the city centre, especially after a day of exploring or working. As from October 2022, we have upgraded our Free WIFI to M200 Fibre Broadband Connection (Virgin Media), with a whopping average download speed of 213Mbps (20 x faster than the UK average for broadband.) Crosby provides easy, comfortable and reliable access to the city centre via local public transport or alternatively local taxi companies. Our property is situated between Blundellsands to the north, Waterloo to the south and Great Crosby to the east. Crosby Beach, the site of Anthony Gormley's Another Place Iron Men Statues, is only 460 meters away. This welcoming and friendly neighbourhood is served well by local businesses from eateries, numerous barbers and hair salons, grocery and convenience stores, local pubs, chemists, post offices, churches, cinema and boating club. Our neighbouring town of Waterloo is only minutes away via local public transport. Liverpool City Centre is also easily accessible via local public transport or alternatively local taxi companies.
With Liverpool centre only a stone throws away, our recent Capital of Culture and International award winning city offers a breathtaking and truly unforgettable experience for you to explore and enjoy. We take great care and pride in welcoming guests to our world re-nowned city.
