Lovely and newly fully refurbished room with its own entrance, includes ensuite and seating area, french doors leading to patio area. Includes safe off road parking in a cul de sac with two private parking spaces. 10 min drive to Durham city centre. Ramside hotel and spa with Golf course 10 min walk, and the local Nature reserve 2 min walk. Uber available and plenty of buses. Local amienties within walking distance including a retail park and the city.
I am semi retired. Children grown and I now have grand children. Many years in the RAF, now working in the NHS. Durham graduate 2012. I love exploring the countryside and the world.
There are lots of local amenities including a country pub which is a 2 minute walk. Local shops are 5 minutes away. Durham City is a 10 minute drive or 35 minute walk. Durham is a vibrant city mixing old and new architecture with great day and nightlife, exceptional food choices and steeped in history. I hope you will visit and I look forward to meeting you.
