The house is fully central heated with running hot water. The spacious lounge offers a smart TV, with foldaway dining and a connecting door leading to the kitchen. The kitchen is cosy but modern, and fully equipped for cooking up a storm! A microwave, kettle, toaster, airfryer, washer dryer, washing machine tablets, an iron and ironing board are provided. So also is Tea, coffee, sugar. The garden offers a patio area providing extra dining space and grassed area with a trampoline for enjoying sunny days! Upstairs you'd find two comfortable double bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom offers a waterfall shower, vanity sink area with sensor mirror. Hairdryer, bathmat, towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are also provided. Room one has a queen bedroom, dressing table, mirrors, cloth storage and blackout curtains. Room two offers a double bed with views overlooking tranquil fields. There is private off-street parking and free parking
