We do not have family rooms or inter leading rooms - 1 Child U/12 can be accommodated in a Deluxe Room OR The Standard Suite at additional charge of £25 per night

· Please inform the hotel of your expected arrival time using the Special Requests Box when booking, or contact the property directly

· The hotel does not have a 24 hour reception desk. Reception is unmanned after 23:00pm. If you are expecting to arrive after 23:00pm, you need to call the hotel prior to 20:00pm to arrange for a late arrival

· There is NO lift in the hotel and all rooms are accessed by stairs. Should you have specific access requirements you MUST contact the hotel direct before booking

· Special Requests are subject to availability, additional charges may apply

· All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property

· NO pets are allowed on the exception of Service Dogs are allowed in Bedrooms (as per law).

· The property's restaurant is closed on Mondays & Tuesdays throughout the year (A light supper menu is available from 6-7pm on Mondays from April – October)

· From Wednesdays – Sundays, Breakfast and Dinner are available at an additional £54 per person, which must be pre-booked prior to arrival

· Children under 12 can dine in the Conservatory only after 7pm

· DBB will NOT be applicable on dates where we have special events – these are updated on our website – www.orestonemanor.co.uk

· The hotel closes on the 1st January & re-opens after the first week of February

· The hotel will be closed from the 3rd March – 12th March inclusive

· Over the Christmas period, a minimum 2-night stay is required. No arrival or departure on Christmas Day. Rooms for this period to be booked directly with the hotel.

"Please note that in 2025, the Restaurant will remain CLOSED on Mondays and Tuesday throughout the year. However, on Monday evenings from April - October inclusive, we will offer a light supper menu from 6-7pm. This will be very casual, and will not be served in the restaurant, but guests can either sit in the lounge area or in the Conservatory. We will NOT be offering the full restaurant menu on Monday nights in July & September as we have for the past couple of years. This change has become necessary in order for us to remain open and keep up with the ever-increasing costs imposed upon hospitality. Please ensure ALL the websites are updated accordingly."
