It has been newly decorated throughout to a high standard, with a new kitchen and shower room (no bath). The rear garden has been immaculately landscaped. In the warmer months of the year I am sure it will be enjoyed as an additional private space to relax in! There are smart TVs in all rooms but the shower room. There is a Co-op convenience food supermarket on East Parade. East Parade Park is less than 5 minutes walk where you can enjoy has tennis courts, basketball courts and a children's' play park. For continental groceries, go to Zam Zam supermarket on Layerthorpe. They make fresh stonebaked baked flatbreads which are delicious! There is also a small Asda supermarket on Layerthorpe which is route to the city centre.
