Property information

This beautiful one bedroom flat is located at the bottom of a stunning Georgian property, accessed by a small set of stairs, down to the front door. As you enter the property, there is a porch/ cloakroom and then to your right, you will enter straight into the main lounge which compromises of both living and dining area. You will see the galley style kitchen straight ahead of you that is fully equipped and at the end of the kitchen you come to the King size bedroom on your right and a shower room ahead of you. Free private parking for one car in shared parking area, inside of the gates, only.

Neighbourhood information

This flat is ideal for couples and its just around the corner form the main town and the harbour. Why not visit The Harbour's Muddy Beach Cafe just a few minutes walk from the flat or take a stroll into Penryn town for its highly rated Fish and Chips at Mariners. There are several pubs in the town and of course, recommended is The Seven Stars and The Thirsty Scholar, and of course Cornish pasty shops. This is an ideal location for anyone wishing to visit the town of Falmouth with less than a 10 minute car journey into town. There are also some beautiful gardens a short car ride away at the National Trust, Trelissick Gardens - well worth a visit. A perfect little escape in a quiet area with plenty to do and see!
