The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and dining seating for four guests, a utility with microwave, freezer and a washing machine and a firsy-floor sitting room with Juliet balcony and Smart TV. There are two ground-floor bedrooms consisting of a king-size and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking is available. Within 2.8 miles you will find a shop and within 1.9 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are allowed (with a charge of 25 per week for the 2nd dog) but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ridge Cottage is a charming dwelling, ideal for a family retreat to Devon. Note: The owner lives and runs a building firm from the property next door. Note: The property neighbours a working-farm. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead if walked on the private land outside the garden. Note: Mobile reception is limited. Note: The wifi is by Airband and is not suitable for those who need to video conference. Note: The mobile signal in this area is limited but those with wifi calling can use the broadband which is provided by Airband. The property isn't suitable for those wishing to video conference as there can be a buffering delay.

If you'd want to spend some time on the water, you can either reserve a guided fishing or wildlife tour or you may rent a kayak and paddle about the bay's tranquil waters.
