There is also a first-floor sitting room with a balcony and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, there is off-road parking for five cars, EV charging and an front garden with furniture and a hot tub, as well as a rear enclosed garden with more furniture and a barbecue (available throughout summer months). Sandbanks is a fantastic base for a memorable family holiday to Cornwall.

Praa Sands is a delightful coastal village resting on the south coast between Helston and Marazion. The village is known for its mile-long beach of golden sands and excellent surfing conditions. Home to a seafront bar/restaurant, the village offers a tranquil yet lively atmosphere and is perfect for a holiday any time of year. Nearby is the picture-perfect island of St Michael's Mount, as well as Pengersick Castle which dates back to the 16th century.
