You’ll have full access to the entire property during your stay which includes a kitchen, diner, living room, downstairs WC, two bedrooms, a family bathroom and a garden. Sandringham House has a new fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances with everything you need for your self catered stay. Enjoy your home cooked meals at the dining area which includes a wooden dining table with space for 6. The cosy living area features two comfy sofas and a 50 inch flat screen smart TV to enjoy at your leisure. A real social hub, this space is great for relaxing with your party. Head upstairs and you’ll find two tranquil bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king size bed with wardrobe space & drawers for your belongings. The second bedroom has a roomy double bed. Each bed has crisp, white bed linens and plush bedding to ensure you get a great night’s sleep. The main bathroom at Sandringham House is a fresh and modern room, with plenty of space, consisting of a bath with overhead shower, a wash basin, and a WC. The property has an enclosed garden with seperate patio ares, the garden is a real added bonus to this beautiful property.

The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A66 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions, close proximity to Teesside & Newcastle airport and the North Easts luxury wedding venues. It is also in the perfect location for exploring the North East Coast and the North Yorkshire countryside. Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required.
