Sea Breeze is a Grade 2 listed thatched house, with over 3000 sq ft of living space including; four bedrooms, three reception rooms, a four piece family bathroom, a large driveway and terrace and a well stocked attractive large enclosed garden perfect for the family. Sea Breeze has a number of original features including exposed beams , inglenook style fireplaces, country style latch doors as well as undulating floors and ceilings. The house is believed to of been built in the late 1700's.
On arrival you will find on the hall sideboard a visitor's book with details of how to contact us in an emergency .
Sea Breeze is situated on a corner location, setback from the road behind a large hedge is a deep gravel driveway and terrace. Sea Breeze is within a few hundred yards of West Town village, within half a mile of Mengham village and the Hayling Seafront. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants as as well as local shops and for those visiting to take advantage of the local sports facilitates include: Tennis Golf and Kitesurfing. There is a mainline train station five miles away for easy access to London, Gunwharf Quays for outlet shopping and Chichester with its famous horse racing venue Goodwood. Parking for at least 6 cars
