very smart. had a small issue in that I got the booking . com pin confused with the code to enter the property and the last booking . com email didn’t contain the entry details . I spent an uncomfortable 10 minutes in the dark unable to get hold of the manager by mobile at 10.30 at night. suggest improved entry information in email and on the front page of booking . com app.

Location was perfect. Close enough to walk into the city but far enough away that it was quiet in the evenings. Great value for money - loved having a small kitchen in the apartment. Check-in process was fairly smooth considering it was all automated.

  • Since checkin time is very late i.e. 3pm, do you have luggage storage facilities for customers ? If yes ,is it free of charge ? Do you provide tea and coffee condiments in the kitchen ? Do you have safety deposit box ?
