Each room comes with a comfy small double bed for quality sleep, plus smart desk space and handy storage to keep things tidy and focused. Whether you're here to study, explore, or unwind, it’s the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Perfectly located for BIM students, just a 2-minute walk, as well as 25-minute walk to the University of Bristol, and 20 minutes bus ride to UWE. ✅ We will be meeting you to check you in, so it's important that you let us know your Check-in Time as soon as possible. Check-in is available from 3pm to 10pm. For check-ins after 10pm, there will be an extra charge. Late arrivals without prior notice may not be accommodated. ✅ Please note that this is primarily a Student Accommodation but is used as short-stay accommodations for students only. ✅ Safety and security are paramount, so after completing your booking, you'll need to submit your Student ID and fill in some basic information for vetting purposes on our guest portal after completing your booking. ✅ Please do look after our apartment as if it were your own. If additional cleaning is required after the check out, this may be chargeable. We may also charge you for any damage caused or for lost keys. ✅ We have a 24-hour concierge service to assist you with anything you need during your stay.
