A little about Host Apartments… we are a young and vibrant team managing properties on behalf of the owner to give our guests a great experience during their trip to Liverpool. Whilst taking good care of guests this means that our clients can relax in knowing their property is being looked after by an expert team in hospitality. Managing over 130 holiday rentals in the city centre we have our own housekeeping team keeping apartments immaculate.

A huge central apartment, full of charm with high end fittings throughout. The building is one of Liverpool's most sought after locations offering luxury living in the heart of the city - perfect for leisure or business travellers! The apartment retains the original wood floor, metal beams and brickwork offering an ambient sense of character amongst the modern fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds and clean contemporary bathrooms. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

We are located in the right between the thriving business district and shopping and leisure area of Liverpool. Our apartment is within walking distance of all major attractions and taking the car is certainly not necessary! Avoid the hassle of taxis and buses and stay right in the heart of the city with your own luxury base to call home.
